Canva
Canva is free for schools and students, with a range of predesigned yearbook templates ready to customise. We provide detailed setup instructions, tips and a blog full of guidance to make Canva yearbooks look their absolute best in print.
Picaboo Yearbook Software
Purpose-built for school yearbooks, Picaboo lets you divide pages between team members and import photos directly from your school photographer. Free phone support is included, and the themed templates make getting started simple.
Adobe InDesign
For schools with design skills and specific branding needs — including Pantone colour matching — InDesign gives you full creative control. Our team of print experts is on hand to check your files and assist with setup.
We Design It For You
You supply the content — photos, text, stories — and our design team builds your yearbook from scratch. Each book is designed uniquely for your school. As a guide, approximately $10 per book for 300 books at 100 pages. Value for money, professional result.
Any Other Software

Soft Cover
PUR bound (40pp+) or saddle stitched (up to 64pp). 350gsm art card cover with gloss or matt laminate.
Hard Cover
Case bound with PUR or section sewn binding. 170gsm printed wrap over 1mm board, with laminate.
Specialty Covers
Faux leather, cloth over board, deboss stamping, gold or silver foil, soft touch and gloss spot coat.
Full Design Service

How fast can you print and deliver my yearbooks?
We aim to dispatch from one week after artwork approval, and we guarantee dispatch within two weeks. All jobs are booked into our production schedule in advance with your deadline locked in, so there are no last-minute scrambles. We use Australia's fastest courier options and same-day dispatch where available.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We work with schools of all sizes. Contact us with your estimated quantity and we'll provide a clear quote. Smaller runs are absolutely fine — and you can adjust your quantity right up until you approve your artwork, so you're never locked in early.
What are the artwork specifications for yearbook pages?
Text pages need to be supplied in multiples of 4 due to the way we print. We recommend high-resolution files (300dpi) with 3mm bleed on all sides. Our blog has detailed setup guides for Canva, InDesign, Word and other common tools. And our free artwork review service will check your files before we go to print.
What binding options are available for school yearbooks?
For soft cover books: PUR binding (the strongest glue binding available, for books 40pp or more) or saddle stitching (for books up to 64pp, must be a multiple of 4). For hard cover case bound books: PUR binding or section sewn. We're happy to recommend the best option for your page count and budget.
What software can I use to design my yearbook?
We accept artwork from Canva (free for schools, templates available), Picaboo dedicated yearbook software, Adobe InDesign, and pretty much any other software including Microsoft Word, Publisher and Google Slides. We can prepare a print-ready PDF from most supplied files. Our blog has setup guides for each option.
How does your pricing work — are there hidden costs?
Everything is detailed in your quote upfront. Once you sign your order form, we hold your pricing firm. There are no hidden extras or last-minute variations. We want you to be able to present a confident budget to your school — and stick to it.
Can students order their own yearbooks directly?
Yes — this is one of our most popular options for P&C committees and school administrators. Students can order and pay for their yearbooks directly through our online ordering system, removing the payment admin from the school entirely. Ask us how to set this up when you get in touch.

Absolutely. Our full design service means you supply the content — photos, text, captions — and our team builds your yearbook from scratch. Every book is designed uniquely for your school.
