What graduation products can be customised with our school logo?

All of them. Every product we supply — sashes, stoles, gowns, scrolls, presentation folders, pens and key rings — can be customised with your school's logo, colours and branding. Some products like pens and presentation folders can also be personalised with individual student names.

What sizes are available for graduation gowns and caps?

We supply gowns and caps in both children's and adult sizes to cover every level of schooling — from preschool and kindy through to high school and university. Custom gowns can also be made to order. Contact us and we'll help you find the right sizing for your cohort.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we encourage it. Getting a feel for the product quality before committing to a bulk order is completely reasonable. Contact our team to request a sample and we'll do our best to get one to you.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom sashes?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and level of customisation. For custom printed or embroidered sashes, there is generally a minimum quantity. Contact us with your requirements and we'll let you know what applies — we cater for schools of all sizes.

Do you supply graduation products for preschool and primary school?

Absolutely — some of our most popular orders come from preschools and primary schools! Whether it's kindy cap and gown sets, Year 6 sashes or presentation folders for certificates, we have the right products for every level of graduation. These moments matter just as much as any other milestone.

How far in advance do I need to order graduation products?

We recommend getting in touch at least 4–6 weeks before your event date to allow time for artwork proofing, production and delivery. That said, if your event is sooner, reach out anyway — we'll always do our best to accommodate a tighter timeline.

Can student names be personalised on sashes, pens or folders?

Yes. Individual student name personalisation is available on pens and presentation folders. Some sash and stole options can also include student names. Ask our team when you enquire and we'll confirm what's possible for your chosen products.

What decoration options are available for sashes and stoles?

We offer three decoration methods for sashes and stoles: screen print, digital transfer and embroidery. Each has its own look and minimum quantities may apply. We'll recommend the best option based on your design, colours and order size.

How long does delivery take for graduation orders?

Delivery timelines vary by product and customisation. As a guide, allow 4–6 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery for custom products. We always work backwards from your event date to make sure everything arrives with time to spare. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated — contact us to discuss.

Can I order a graduation yearbook to go with our graduation products?

Yes! Academic Media is also a specialist school yearbook printer. We can provide a combined quote for your graduation products and yearbook printing — one supplier, one point of contact. Visit our yearbook page or ask our team when you enquire.
