What sizes are available for student diaries?

We offer jackets (reversible, varsity, bomber, puffer, softshell, hardshell), hoodies (zip and pullover), jerseys, polo shirts, and T-shirts. All garments are custom made to order with your school colours, logo and personalised names.

What diary layouts are available?

We offer 12+ layouts including Week to View, Week to a Page, Day to Page, Month to View, Study Focus, Generic / Communication, Wellbeing, Faith-Based, Creative Writing, Creative / Art, Reading & Spelling (B5, primary focus), Tertiary / Contemporary, and EYLF. You can also go fully custom.

Can I design my own cover?

Yes! We provide free Canva templates for A5, B5, and A4 diary sizes. Simply use the template, add your school logo, colours and name, and submit your artwork. Alternatively, our design team can create your cover for you at no extra charge.

What accessories can be added to diaries?

We offer a range of diary accessories: Ribbons (bookmarks), Cover Protectors (opaque polypropylene), Sleeves for timetables, Ruler/Binder combos (spiral bound), ID Card Pockets, and Metal Corners (for case bound diaries).

When do I need to order my diaries by?

There are two key deadlines. Order by 31 July for a December delivery — great for end-of-year preparation. Order by 31 August for January delivery, arriving before school goes back. We recommend starting early to leave time for design reviews.

What are Spark Well diaries?

Spark Well is our key wellbeing diary partner. Their diaries focus on Positive Education, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Health Curriculum, Resilience and Trauma-Informed education. Available for primary students (ages 6–12), secondary students, and teachers/staff. They can be fully customised with personalised covers and pages for orders of 25+.

Can we add custom pages, such as school calendars and timetables?

Absolutely. You can add as many personalised pages as you need — school calendars, timetables, rules, contact pages, reference pages and more. These can be printed in greyscale (cost-effective) or full colour. We also offer two optional reference page packs, printed in full colour.

What accessories can be added to diaries?

We offer a range of diary accessories: Ribbons (bookmarks), Cover Protectors (opaque polypropylene), Sleeves for timetables, Ruler/Binder combos (spiral bound), ID Card Pockets, and Metal Corners (for case bound diaries).

Do you do staff and teacher diaries as well?

Yes — our staff diaries are printed in A4, spiral bound, with Week to View, Week to a Page or Day to Page layouts. From 25 orders, we can do full custom school-specific planners with your bell times, period structure and school dates. We also offer "Fancy Pants" planners for individuals or small groups, EYLF diaries for early learning educators, and Tradie diaries.
