What happens if I find a better quote?

Please let us know by messaging us here. Sometimes we can beat it and sometimes we’ll let you know if your paying a little too much, or if you can save a few hundred dollars more.

It’s hard comparing quotes. Can you quote on specific specifications?

Yes we can! We find that most terminology used by other products providers use industry jargon that the average person can not understand, making it very confusing and a nightmare to compare like for like products. Feel free to use our Jargon Glossary over here, and let us know if you would just like a fair quote here.

We know that each product order is a little different, and no two product orders are the same, which is why we go by the saying: if you can think it, we probably can do it. We try and list most of the common options on our website here, however if there is something in particular you need, please message us here.

I need my products to be exactly the same as last year. Can you do it?

Yes and No. In most cases the answer will be yes, but there are some things we just can’t do, and will be happy pointing you in the right direction. Please message us here to find out.

I can’t find the options I want anywhere. Can you do it?

Most likely. We aren't enough to say no to everything, and we aren't small enough that we can’t punch above our weight. Where in-between, which means we have our product lines, but also do the occasional once off product here and there. Message us here to find out if we can personalise your products here.

Draw up a quote based on the quantity you need and send it to you to see what you think. You can make changes till you're happy with it. If you just want a quote, message us through our only quote option here: Only Quote.

Then we’ll send you through an order form to have signed and sent back, just to check your happy with everything. If your need changes after ordering just send us a message and let us know your changes needed. We’ll always send you though a final proof and let you know details in the lead-up to when we start production, so that you can make some last minute changes should you need too.

We will then produce what you’ve asked for, and stay in touch with you until we’ve heard your feedback on your experience with us. We would like to think that your left smiling and that where worth doing business with again!
