Academic Media BIG BIRTHDAY Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry who have purchased 2025 STAFF DIARY. Entrants must be a staff member of an Australian school or educational institution and submit their entry with a valid work e-mail address. One entry per e-mail address. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ACADEMIC MEDIA are not eligible to participate.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The giveaway begins on 01/12/2024 and ends on 21/02/2025 at 6:00 PM [AEST]. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

HOW TO ENTER
Participants with the winning ribbons for the major prizes must send a valid photo to info@academicmedia.com.au. Two winning schools per ribbon colour (excluding the CLOTHING grand prize). To enter the Second Chance draw for a chance to win a personalised prize, register at www.academicmedia.com.au with your name and valid e-mail address.

PRIZES
The total prize package is worth more than $10,000. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless specified by ACADEMIC MEDIA. Colours of actual prizes may differ from those shown (subject to availablilty).

WINNER SELECTION
Ribbon winners are chosen at random. Instant winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries and notified via e-mail. Winners must respond within SEVEN days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s provided address. ACADEMIC MEDIA is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping. All prizes will be shipped when the giveaway concludes.

PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PROMOTION
By providing your email address, you agree to receive promotional emails, including special offers, updates, and product news. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly.

LIABILITY
ACADEMIC MEDIA is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any issues or technical malfunctions affecting participation in the giveaway.

MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
ACADEMIC MEDIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for reasons outside its control, without prior notice.

DISQUALIFICATION
ACADEMIC MEDIA reserves the right to disqualify any participant it finds to be in violation of these terms or who acts in a fraudulent or inappropriate manner.

GOVERNING LAW
The giveaway and these terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. TP/03872
